The Hilltown Tents held onto their first-place lead by beating the Chicopee Falls Tigers 10-9 in Thursday night TCL action. Sam Schreiber got the win, while Tyler McLain led the offensive charge with three doubles. The Tents improve to 7-2, while the Tigers drop to 4-2.

Zach Handzel went the first four, and Danny Gaines finished the last two frames for the win, as Peoplesbank beat up on host St. Joe's, 18-4 in Friday night TCL action. Seth Allen knocked in six, including a grand slam in the win. Perennial All-League catcher Pete Hogan added a two-run blast for the Bankers. Peoples improves to 6-2, while the Saints drop to 3-5.
